Sony Ericsson Updates Xperia Mini And Xperia Mini Pro Smartphones


Sony has updated two models in its Xperia range, the Xperia Mini and the Xperia Mini Pro, both of which will come with Android 2.3 Gingerbread when they go on sale in quarter three of 2011. The Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini features 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, plus a 3 inch capacitive multi touch display with a resolution of 320 x 480 pixels.

It also features a five megapixel camera, with an LED flash, face recognition, geo-tagging and the ability to record HD video in 720p, it also features a microSD card slot that can take up to 32GB microSD cards.

The Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini Pro shares similar specifications with a 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, plus a 3 inch capacitive multitouch display with a resolution of 320 x 480 pixels, the main difference between the two is that the Xperia Mini Pro features a QWERTY keyboard.
