Sony PSP2 Announced - Called NGP
It seems as if January is now known as portable console season as Sony has just announced its latest gaming machine strangely called the next-generation PlayStation Portable or NGP.
Sony has announced what everyone had been calling the PSP2, and the new gadget does look a lot like its predecessor. However the NGP boasts some seriously impressive spec both inside and out including quad-core ARM Cortex-A9 CPU and a quad-core Imagination Technologies PowerVR SGX543MP4+ GPU. Add to that highly improved screen resolution, touchscreen, multi-touch touchpad, dual analogue sticks and two cameras and you will see that the NGP is an entirely different beast to the PSP.

Lenovo ThinkPad X120e
Most things deserve a second chance, right? Hey, if they promise improvement, we think so, and that's exactly what we're giving Lenovo's ThinkPad X120e. If you recall, the previous X100e was quite a disappointment, and that's actually putting it rather nicely -- not only did the 11.6-inch system redefine the term "lapburner," but it struggled to last 3.5 hours on a charge. It was bordering on tragic, but Lenovo's ready to right all those wrongs with the X120e.

Beautiful Valentine Laptop Concept
Valentine notebook concept disguises all its modern tech under the garb of a typewriter. But that’s no ordinary typewriter either, it is the famous Valentine compact typewriter invented and designed by Ettore Sottsass and Perry King in 1969.
The notebook concept on its part, has a flexible display where the paper would have gone in a typewriter.

A Tablet computer is better than a laptop for several reasons. It’s the next generation of notebook computer.
1. A Tablet PC / Tablet computer is the best mobile PC solution.
With the announcement of a new Apple Tablet is may be the best solution for Apple computers as well.
A Tablet PC is compact and convertible which allows you to use your computer in places it would be awkward to use a laptop. You can even use it while standing up. With the wireless Internet support a Tablet PC is extremely convenient to use while being about town.
2. Write notes rather than type.
You can interact with people sitting across from you while writing notes, rather than having a computer screen between you. It’s great because you can use technology and still have that personal interaction with others.

MicroExpress: Sturdy and Fast--But With a 32-Bit OS
A matte-black block, this desktop replacement laptop makes a clear statement: You do not care about looks. And that isn't even the "I don't care about looks" deliberateness of ThinkPads. You simply do not care how your laptop looks. Unfortunately, although the NBL5100 has a lot of elements I enjoyed, its operating system holds it back. In hardware, the NBL5100 packs a punch. You'll find a lot in this machine.

Sony VAIO Z-Series
Sony's VPCZ137GX balances portability, ergonomics, and performance in a way that's hard to beat. It's not quite as light or as small as the average ultraportable, but it offers a 13.1-inch, 1600-by-900-pixel display, great ergonomics, and an onboard DVD burner. On the other hand, it's smaller and lighter than a typical all-purpose 14- or 15-inch laptop. And finally, it looks great and performs superbly.
Installed 64-bit Windows 7 operating system a snappy feel that a standard rotating hard disk can't match, even when aided by a CPU faster than the VPCZ137GX's highly competent 2.53GHz Intel Core i5 460M. Sony also provides 4GB of 1066MHz DDR3 system memory and a discrete Nvidia GeForce GT 330M GPU with 1GB of video memory.

Could iOS 4.3 be coming in two weeks?
Verizon iPhone early review roundup
- BusinessWeek: My early conclusion is, [the Verizon iPhone provides a better experience than the version that runs on AT&T]. I’ve been using the Verizon iPhone, available today for pre-order and in stores on Feb. 10, for about a week in various locales in Northern California, and it has yet to drop or fail to connect a call. That’s a sharp contrast with my AT&T iPhone, which continues to lose calls regularly.

UPDATED NETBOOK NAVIGATOR NAV9 TABLET NOW AVAILABLE
TOSHIBA SATELLITE C650D-BT2N15 WITH AMD FUSION APU GOES ON SALE IN THE US
NETBOOK NAVIGATOR NAV9 REVIEW
The NetBook Navigator Nav9 is one of the few Windows 7 tablets available at the moment. In many respects, the Nav9 is similar to the iPad. Both machines lack a physical keyboard. There are plenty of differences too. The Nav9 has 3 USB ports, an SD card slot, a standard SIM card slot, a VGA and Ethernet adapter, and a front-facing webcam. The ports make it possible to plug in all sorts of accessories to expand the capabilities of the Nav9.
ON the flip side, the Nav9 is heavy for a tablet. It weighs as much as a netbook. And since tablets are meant to be held in the hand, its weight may pose a problem.

In this post I’m going to go through some of what we know so far about the iPhone 5 and what this means for the next generation of iOS apps.
The iPhone 5 is rumored to have the following things:
The iPhone 5 is rumored to have the following things:
- Faster Processor
- Faster RAM
- Bigger Memory
- Be your next wallet (NFC)
- Improved Video and CCD Still Camera
- Be your car keys and airplane boarding pass
Games with PS2-Level Graphics
In previous post I stated that iOS developers of the current generation of apps should stay away from making 3D games but iPhone 5 could change all this. A faster processor means a better graphics chip. iPhone 5 is rumored to have a dual-core SGX543 GPU. Some are even going so far to say it will have a multi-core chip. If the rumor comes true this means we’ll see games with stunning graphics.
